Dr. Carl Robinson President, Ambassador, and Diplomat of "The 6th Region Global Commission on Human Development and Education,".
Dr. Robinson’s background includes leadership roles in education, community development, and international diplomacy, with affiliations such as Honorary Consular General for the Democratic Republic of Congo and former ambassador for the African Diaspora Union (AFRIDU).
Dr. Robinson serves as "The
President of 6th Region Global Commission on Human Development and Education". The Commission is incorporated in the United States with a purpose of bringing education to the diaspora in the United States while fostering quality education for African Countries. ​
The 6th Region Global Commission on Human Development and Education is a legally incorporated entity in both Missouri and New York State. The Commission operates as a public charity under IRS sections 509(a) and 508(c)(1)(a), and is indigenously owned and governed. These designations provide the Commission with full legal recognition and authority to operate as a nonprofit organization within the United States.

The Commission’s mission is to advance human development and education for the African diaspora, known as the “Sixth Region.” Its work is rooted in principles of inclusion, empowerment, and cross-cultural collaboration, and it is dedicated to supporting communities through educational initiatives, leadership development, and advocacy.
