HCU's Campus Ministry operates under the spiritual covering of Souls Harvest Ministries International (SHMI), led by Archbishop Dr. Carl Robinson. SHMI is a global network of churches and ministries dedicated to spreading the gospel, empowering leaders, and fostering unity among believers. With over 900 pastors and ministries worldwide, SHMI provides a framework for mentorship, leadership development, and global evangelism.

Archbishop Dr. Carl Robinson serves as a key figure in both HCU and SHMI. Known as a "Pastor's Pastor" and a leader for leaders, he has over 26 years of ministry experience. His leadership emphasizes empowerment, restoration, and spiritual renewal through initiatives like marriage counseling, anger management, and leadership training. Dr. Robinson’s apostolic mantle ensures that HCU’s ministry aligns with its mission to cultivate servant leaders who embody Christ-like compassion.
